With so much still unknown about the Nike Air Yeezy model, it's hard for us to stand by and watch all of these colorways be seen on Kanye's feet. The pair of Nike Air Yeezy Red Grey White shown here were spotted on Kanye West's feet at the VH1 Hip Hop Honors show. They sport a predominantly red upper with grey and white accents. We see the use of perforated leather, suede and some nylon.
