1). Without exception, on receipt of the order, we are going to send the goods in 24 to 48 hours. In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for both your shipping and billing address or your order could be delayed for verification.
2). All the goods will send from China.
3). Two kinds of type of shipping.
(1). EMS, which is free, and it is the same as USPS in America. It needs 5 to 7days.
(2). Express, like the FedEx, TNT, UPS. It is a faster way and another $30 demanded.
4). The following countries’ freight are free: USA, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland, Denmark, Japan, Portugal, Norway, Greece, Singapore, and Vietnam.
Holland, Iraq, Russia, Poland, and Iran need to pay another $30.
The two specific countries are Brazil and Guadeloupe. They need to pay $10 and $50.
5). There should be someone at home to sign for the arrived packages. The children who under the 18 can not be allowed to. If there is nobody at home, the packages will be return to the local post office. Please contact with the post office in time.
6). If you didn't receive the package, please report to us via email or phone call within ten days after place order.
- Return Policy
1). If the products which have sent off are wrong for its size, color, or number, you can reserve it, and we will freely send the right product as soon as possible.
2). We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any product that has been damaged by any human errors.
- Any item that is not in its original bottle or box.
